It is perched on top of a mountain at an altitude of 10000 ft that gives a superb picturesque view of the entire Tawang river valley.

Head towards Ita fort – constructed in the 14-15th century. It is one of the important historical sites, Jawaharlal Nehru State Museum- narrates the rich culture of the place and is also a marvellous educational site in Itanagar. Witness the beautiful valley- Sangati - one of the prettiest valleys in Arunachal Pradesh. It is labelled as a piece of heaven owing to its natural beauty. It is at a distance of about 15 km from Dirang. It is one of the peaceful places away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is rich in flora and fauna. It is a paradise for bird-watchers as some migratory birds visit this splendid place.
