Mizoram is a state in North-Eastern India. The capital of the state Mizoram is Aizawl. Mizoram means Land of hill people. This state is known for its pristine hills and caves. The state proudly boasts 21 hill ranges that extend throughout the state. Tut, Tlawng, Tuirial and Tuivawl are some popular rivers of Mizoram state. It is also famed for its two lakes- Palak Dil and Tam Dil. Palak Dil is one of the largest natural lakes situated in proximity to a village- Phura.
