Aizwal has a domestic airport and enjoys a good connection with prominent cities like – Guwahati, Imphal and Kolkata through daily flights. After reaching the airport one can hire a taxi to reach Mizoram.
Road
The state Mizoram is well–connected through NH54 from Silchar, Assam. The MST- Mizoram State Transport buses ply on regular basis from Aizawl to Guwahati, Silchar and Shillong.
Rail
The state Mizoram is connected through its rail head in Bairabi in Kolasib district.
