How to make a booking
Please provide us your inquiries through email mentioned on the website. As soon as we receive your query, will update your tour Itinerary and other package details by replying to the same mail. Once, the guest is satisfied and gives us the confirmation of the tour we request you to transfer the booking amount mentioned in the below format in any of our bank accounts.

Tour Itinerary
The right to change amend or modify the itinerary of the tour at any time. We will notify you with such changes in prior over the phone or through the mail or the best communication method available at that point of time. Those changes may occur due to situations beyond our control like weather problems, cancellations of trains, flights, and political unrest, etc. We will try our best to keep the tour unchanged. However, any compensation or any refund due to such changes will not be paid by us.
Hotel Bookings
Hotel bookings are made by us on behalf of our customers. We are having a tie-up with many hotels. Although all rates are updated on our website, still there are chances that the rates of Hotels may go up/down. Sometimes rates of the hotel are hiked during long weekends and during festive seasons. It is better that you confirm the rates before making an online payment over the mail. The quality of the room, amenities or meals which are displayed in photos on hotel websites may vary. Booking of the rooms on the same floor/adjacent rooms/ non-smoking rooms in any hotel is not guaranteed. The right to change the pre-booked hotel or the category of rooms is reserved, anytime during the tour due to overbooking of a hotel, blocking of the sewage, electricity/water failure, etc.
Check-in/ Check-out times of hotels / Resorts may vary from city to city. please check these timings before making the booking. Early check-in and late checkout will be charged extra and are subject to the availability of the rooms. Policies for accommodating children and for extra beds may vary from hotel to hotel.
Vehicle Bookings
Vehicles are booked on behalf of our customers. We aim to provide the best available vehicle with the best services to our clients. The costs of diesel/petrol prices, interstate taxes, vehicle maintenance cost, toll & taxes, etc are beyond our control. Rates displayed on our website are eligible for change at any time without any prior notice.
The pre-booked vehicle can be changed to a similar category of vehicle in case of non-availability of the pre-booked vehicle.
Air-conditioned, as well as non-air-conditioned vehicles are booked as per request. If the air conditioner stops working due to technical fault at any time during the tour will not be our responsibility. No refund or change in the vehicle will be made in between the trip unless the vehicle is not in the condition to go further.
Amendments or changes after booking
If you wish to do amendments or change the prior booking, you have to inform us in writing on mail.
Amendment or changes in any booking will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to availability at that time and the additional cost will be charged. The additional cost will be borne by you. There will be an amendment charge of Rs.1000/- applicable.
Cancelation of the booking will be informed to us in writing on mail. The cancellation charges will be applicable depending upon the services. Cancellation of the hotels and airlines will be done according to their own cancellation policies.

Balance Payment
The complete balance payment has to be made before the starting date of the trip. However, the company can ask you anytime to clear the balance payment before 30 days from the date of departure.
The right is reserved to amend/change the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, fuel price rise, travel arrangements, hike in any government taxes or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. All such increased prices must be paid before your departure (Full and final).
No refund for unutilized services
There will be no refund or compensation provided for services that are not used. If you fail to avail/use any services due to any reason the company will not provide any kind of refund or any other services as compensation of the unutilized services.
Meet and greet with the representative at the Delhi bus stand/ Railway station/ Airport. Drive toward Nainital. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the hotel. After checking in to the hotel, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. The rest of the day is as a leisure day where you can visit some attractions like Hanuman Garhi temple, Naina Devi temple which is dedicated to Goddess Sati. After that, you will visit Raj Bhawan which was the summer residence for Britishers. Lastly, you will visit the Cave Garden of Nainital which is a rocky cave now developed into a garden. In the evening time, back to the hotel where the delicious dinner awaits you. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the hotel only and this is how the first day of your journey ends.
The next refreshing morning have your hearty breakfast in the hotel itself. Now it’s time to visit local sightseeing such as Naini Lake which is the main attraction of Nainital and is surrounded by seven hills on its sides. Then you will be visiting Snow View Point which gives the best panoramic view of the Himalayas. After that, you will visit Tiffin Top which is also known as Dorothy's Seat. Later you will be visiting the Nainital Zoo and all the lakes of Nainital like Bhimtal which is named after the mythological Caracter of Mahabharat that is Bhima. Sattal or it can also be said as seven lakes located in the foothills of Himalaya, Sariyatal it is the smallest lake located on Kaladungi road of Nainital. Khurpatal Lake, Naukuchia Taal which is also known as the lake of nine corners. You can also enjoy Aerial Ropeway to have the best view of Nainital. Lastly, you can end your day by shopping at Mall Road. After an exhausting day it’s time to return back to the hotel and have a heartful delicious dinner. After dinner, have a comfortable overnight stay in the hotel
This is the last morning in Nainital. After getting have your breakfast in the hotel itself. Now since it’s the last day of your journey so you will be checking out of the hotel. After this, you will be transferred toward Kausani. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the hotel. After checking into the hotel, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. After relaxing, you will be visiting places like Baijnath Temple which is dedicated to Lord Shiva. After that, you will be visiting Rudradhari Falls and Caves and the Someshwar temple. After that, you will be visiting Gwaldam which is a small town having an apple orchard and a green jungle. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the hotel only.
This is the last morning in Kausani. After getting have your breakfast in the hotel itself, you will be checking out of the hotel. You will be visiting Kausani Tea Estate which is located on Bageshwar road. Then you will be visiting Anashakti Ashram where Gandhi Ji stayed for two weeks in the year 1929. In the last, you will be visiting Sumitranandan Pant Museum. After this, you will be transferred to Ranikhet. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the hotel. After that, you will visit some nearby attractions like Mankameshwar Temple, Jhula Devi Temple, and Haidakhan Babaji Temple this temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. After that you will be visiting Ashiyana Park is the first theme park in the Kumaon region that was made for children. Then you will be visiting Bhalu Dam which is 11 km away from Ranikhet. Later you will visit Apple Garden which is in Chaubatia in the Kumaon region. In the evening time, back to the hotel where the delicious dinner awaits you. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the hotel only.
This is the last morning in Ranikhet. After getting have your breakfast in the hotel you will be checking out of the hotel. You will be visiting places like the Himalaya View Point is a place from where you can have a stupendous view of the Himalayan mountains. After this, you will be transferred toward Jim Corbett. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the resort. After checking in to the Resort, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. The rest of the day is as a leisure day where you can visit the Garjiya Devi temple which exhibits the beliefs of local tribespeople. Then you will be visiting Corbett fall which is located in Kaladungri and is a very fascinating site. After that drive back to the Resort where a delicious dinner awaits you. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the Resort only.
This is the last morning in Jim Corbett so get up early and enjoy your dawn deep into the forest and spot Bengal tigers in their natural environment through safari. You will be able to see 400 different species of flora and about 550 different species of fauna. Capture the memories of this adventure trip in photos. After the safari, have your delicious breakfast in the Resort itself and then you will be checking out of the Resort. After this, you will be transferred to Haridwar. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the hotel. After checking in to the hotel, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. In the evening it’s time to hit the major attraction of Haridwar that is “evening Ganga Aarti at Har-Ki-Pauri”. Har-Ki-Pauri is the major landmark for the Haridwar city. As Ganga aarti will be finished you will be driven back to the hotel where the delicious vegetarian dinner awaits you. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the hotel only.
The next refreshing morning have your hearty breakfast in the hotel itself. Now you will be checking out of the hotel. But before moving forward, you will be visiting Chandi Devi and Mansa Devi temple which is located in the same place but opposite to each other, both of these temples are Siddha peeth. After that, you will be visiting Daksh Mahadev Temple. After this excursion, you will be transferred toward Rishikesh- the yoga capital of the World. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the Hotel. After checking in to the Hotel, get refreshed and relaxed. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the Hotel only.
The next refreshing morning in Rishikesh welcomes you. After getting ready have your hearty breakfast in the hotel itself. You will be checking out of the hotel but before moving forward you will visit the local sightseeing of Rishikesh such as Ram Jhula and Lakshman Jhula which are suspension bridges made up of Iron build across the river Ganga in Rishikesh. After this, you will be transferred toward Mussoorie- The queen of hills. On the way to Mussoorie, you will be visiting Mussoorie lake and can enjoy boating at your own cost, also visit Shiva temple. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the hotel. After checking in to the hotel, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the hotel only.
The next refreshing morning have your hearty breakfast in the hotel itself. Now it’s time to visit local sightseeing in Mussoorie such as Kempty Fall which is a natural waterfall, Gun hill which is the second-largest peak in Mussoorie. After that Company Garden which is having an artificial waterfall, a flower garden, a peddling boat, and many more activities for kids. Then you will visit Camels Back Road which is a 3 km long road in the shape of Camel’s hump. Then you will visit Lal Tibba and Bhatta Fall. After visiting all the natural beauty it’s time for some shopping on the famous Mall Road. After an exhausting day, it’s time to return back to the hotel and have a heartful delicious dinner. This is the last morning in Mussoorie. After getting have your breakfast in the hotel itself you will be checking out of the hotel. But before ending this trip to the queen of hills, on the way back you will be visiting the Sahastradhara waterfall in Dehradun and can enjoy some water sports. After this excursion, you will be transferred back to Delhi with the sweet memories of your trip.
