Valley of flowers and Hemkund Sahib are located in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand. Hemkund Sahib gurudwara is the Sikh pilgrimage site that is dedicated to the tenth Sikh guru, Guru Govind Singh Ji. Hemkund sahib is located at an elevation of 4632 meters above sea level. On another side valley of flowers which is located at an elevation of 3900 meters above the sea level is also a World Heritage site. Valley of flowers is also the second core zone with Nanda Devi Biosphere Reserve. It is spread in the area of over 87.5 sq km and also has more than 300 varieties of flowers. Valley of flower got discovered in the year 1931 by a mountaineer named Frank S Smith. This trekking tour to Valley of flowers is a must that is to be experienced at least once in a lifetime. How to make a booking
Please provide us your inquiries through email mentioned on the website. As soon as we receive your query, will update your tour Itinerary and other package details by replying to the same mail. Once, the guest is satisfied and gives us the confirmation of the tour we request you to transfer the booking amount mentioned in the below format in any of our bank accounts.

Tour Itinerary
The right to change amend or modify the itinerary of the tour at any time. We will notify you with such changes in prior over the phone or through the mail or the best communication method available at that point of time. Those changes may occur due to situations beyond our control like weather problems, cancellations of trains, flights, and political unrest, etc. We will try our best to keep the tour unchanged. However, any compensation or any refund due to such changes will not be paid by us.
Hotel Bookings
Hotel bookings are made by us on behalf of our customers. We are having a tie-up with many hotels. Although all rates are updated on our website, still there are chances that the rates of Hotels may go up/down. Sometimes rates of the hotel are hiked during long weekends and during festive seasons. It is better that you confirm the rates before making an online payment over the mail. The quality of the room, amenities or meals which are displayed in photos on hotel websites may vary. Booking of the rooms on the same floor/adjacent rooms/ non-smoking rooms in any hotel is not guaranteed. The right to change the pre-booked hotel or the category of rooms is reserved, anytime during the tour due to overbooking of a hotel, blocking of the sewage, electricity/water failure, etc.
Check-in/ Check-out times of hotels / Resorts may vary from city to city. please check these timings before making the booking. Early check-in and late checkout will be charged extra and are subject to the availability of the rooms. Policies for accommodating children and for extra beds may vary from hotel to hotel.
Vehicle Bookings
Vehicles are booked on behalf of our customers. We aim to provide the best available vehicle with the best services to our clients. The costs of diesel/petrol prices, interstate taxes, vehicle maintenance cost, toll & taxes, etc are beyond our control. Rates displayed on our website are eligible for change at any time without any prior notice.
The pre-booked vehicle can be changed to a similar category of vehicle in case of non-availability of the pre-booked vehicle.
Air-conditioned, as well as non-air-conditioned vehicles are booked as per request. If the air conditioner stops working due to technical fault at any time during the tour will not be our responsibility. No refund or change in the vehicle will be made in between the trip unless the vehicle is not in the condition to go further.
Amendments or changes after booking
If you wish to do amendments or change the prior booking, you have to inform us in writing on mail.
Amendment or changes in any booking will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to availability at that time and the additional cost will be charged. The additional cost will be borne by you. There will be an amendment charge of Rs.1000/- applicable.
Cancelation of the booking will be informed to us in writing on mail. The cancellation charges will be applicable depending upon the services. Cancellation of the hotels and airlines will be done according to their own cancellation policies.

Balance Payment
The complete balance payment has to be made before the starting date of the trip. However, the company can ask you anytime to clear the balance payment before 30 days from the date of departure.
The right is reserved to amend/change the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, fuel price rise, travel arrangements, hike in any government taxes or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. All such increased prices must be paid before your departure (Full and final).
No refund for unutilized services
There will be no refund or compensation provided for services that are not used. If you fail to avail/use any services due to any reason the company will not provide any kind of refund or any other services as compensation of the unutilized services.
Meet and greet with the representative at the Delhi bus stand/ Railway station/ Airport. Drive toward Rishikesh- the yoga capital of the World. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the Hotel. After checking in to the Hotel, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. In the afternoon its time to hit the major attraction of Rishikesh such as Ram Jhula and Lakshman Jhula which are suspension bridges made up of Iron build across river Ganga in Rishikesh. The evening time will be for sacred Ganga aarti at Triveni Ghat, where you can see floating lamps over the river Ganga. As Ganga aarti will be finished you will be driven back to the Hotel where delicious dinner awaits for you. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the Hotel only and this is how the first day of your journey ends.
The next morning, after getting ready have your hearty breakfast in the hotel itself, you will be checking out of the hotel. Now drive toward Govindghat. On your way, you will be crossing places like Devprayag- the confluence point of Alakhnanda and Bhagirathi river or the place where River Ganga is formed, Srinagar, Rudraprayag- the confluence point of Alakhnanda and Mandakini river, and Joshimath. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the hotel. After checking in to the hotel, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the hotel only.
In the morning, after getting ready have your hearty breakfast in the hotel itself, you will be checking out of the hotel. Now you will start trekking or can hire ponies or doli. While trekking you will pass through Pulia and Bhyundar village. You will get multiple shops on your way here you can get enough food. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the hotel. After checking in to the hotel, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the hotel only.
The next refreshing morning in Ghangria welcomes you. After getting ready have your hearty breakfast in the hotel itself. Now its time to start trekking towards Valley of Flower. After taking the entry ticket from the checkpoint gate you will enter the beautiful valley of Flower. You need to carry your food along as you will not get any type of shop there. By the afternoon time, it’s time to return back to the Hotel in Ghangria. After a hectic day its time to return back to the hotel and have a heartful delicious dinner. After dinner, have a comfortable overnight stay in the hotel.

Now its time to start trekking towards Hemkund Sahib. This trek is a bit difficult one which will be slight tiring. After visiting the Sikh pilgrimage site Hemkund Sahib. By the afternoon time, it’s time to return back to the Hotel in Ghangria. After a hectic day its time to return back to the hotel and have a heartful delicious dinner. After dinner, have a comfortable overnight stay in the hotel.

The next morning, after getting ready have your hearty breakfast in the hotel itself, you will be checking out of the hotel. Now drive toward Rishikesh. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the hotel. After checking in to the hotel, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the hotel only.
This is the last morning in Rishikesh. After getting refresh, have your breakfast in the Hotel itself. Now since its the last day of your journey so you will be checking out of the Hotel. Since Rishikesh is famous as Yoga capital so lastly, you will be visiting Parmanth Niketan Ashram. This is the biggest yoga center in Rishikesh and Geeta Kuteer. After this, you will be transferred back to Delhi with the sweet memories of your trip.
